Your future duties and responsibilities:• Gain overall understanding of general Agile team responsibilities across the JFMS project.• Form relationships with other Scrum Masters, and Agile team members, and own teams' workload and applicable milestones and deliverables• Gain understanding of internal processes (i.e. release delivery, document repositories, delivery Workflow, etc.)• Assist with release management responsibilities• Represent Agile team(s) in applicable Scrum of Scrums (SoS)/Product Owner (PO) Sync meetings. Must be able to accurately present on current workload contents, external and• Internal dependencies, risks, and project milestones for other teams' awareness.• Facilitate Daily Stand Up (DSU) meetings and identify blockers, risks and dependencies. Assist• With logging them as needed.• Facilitate Sprint/Iteration Planning• Facilitate Retrospective and assist with determining action items based on feedback and• Executing on takeaways.• Facilitate PI Planning and navigate reporting dashboard to complete entry throughout the event.• Present on team PI plan.• Coach the team on Agile best practices and present ideas to more efficiently conduct day-to-• day team activities.• Guide the team and organization on how to utilize Agile/Scrum practices and values to support customers• Demonstrate to the team the benefits of self-organization• Assist the team on self-organization to help fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks• Assess the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization, and coaching the team to achieve higher levels of maturity at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for them• Remove, or provide guidance to the team to remove, impediments by identifying the precise personnel to assist• Build a trusting and safe environment where issues can be discussed without fear of blame, retaliation, or judgement, with an emphasis on healing and problem solving.• Facilitate a positive environment where work is performed in a collaborative fashion• Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution• Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information• Support and educating the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog.• Provide all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example

Required qualifications to be successful in this role: Clearly identify the essential qualification vs the desired qualifications.An interim Secret clearance is required to begin working onsite with our client, and a Secret clearance must be maintained throughout the project duration. Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:• Strong analytical problem-solving skills.• Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to work with diverse personality types.• Strong communication and writing skills.• Strong attention to detail.• Ability to support multiple work streams.• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred.• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)• Excellent skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency• Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games• Experience applying a wide variety of well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach, such as numerous Burndown techniques and Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.• Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions• Knowledge of an Agile Framework• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills• Strong communication and presentation skills• Ability to work in multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural teams• Proven ability to balance concurrent activities• Strong knowledge and experience in software development in an Agile environment.

Desired qualifications, but not required:• 2+ Years of experience with Application Lifecycle Management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, TFS, Trello, Rally etc.) for issues tracking, Traceability Matrix, automated workflow, Risk Management, Metrics and Reports, etc.• 2+ years of experience with MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, Service Now, SharePoint,• Experience working with various self-service business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, Business Objects, etc.• Understanding of basic technical processes such as version and source control, software testing, application security etc

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set level, experience and training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $75,000 - $120,000
