Requisition Number: 83801 Video technicians will perform a variety of tasks to ensure Audio Visual, Zoom and Digital Signage platforms are fully operational. You will support and maintain the corporate spaces as designed and/or approved.

Responsibilities: Support and maintain technology in conference rooms and spaces Document and Maintain Asset Inventory Database Respond to assigned tickets and manage them in a Trouble Ticket System Support Poly Platform Infrastructure: RPRM & DMA Support Zoom Dashboard Platform - Upgrade and Manage Zoom Devices Perform Preventive Maintenance on technology in conference rooms Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new or remodeled rooms Perform on-call duty rotation Perform after-hour and weekend Project work Preform Remote support of enterprise devices Preform Remote support of fellow team members and other sites Manage local vender relationship at the installation/site projects level Able to lift 50 lbs of gear

Basic Qualifications: High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification At least 2 years of experience with Windows 10 At least 2 years of experience WITH network connectivity At least 1 year of experience with Cloud based video conference platforms

Preferred but not required Qualifications: Senior Video Operations Technician Associates or Technical Degree. Various forms of education and work experience will be considered Ability to Read and Understand Architectural and Wiring Drawings Knowledge of Audio DSP's & Digital Sound, Digital Lighting Consoles White Glove Services for Executives, Knowledge of mobile and Apple devices preferred Video Wall Systems, Switchers and Digital Media Content Players Strong Troubleshooting Skills in a High Paced Environment The position described above provides a summary of some the job duties required and what it would be like to work at Insight.
