This client has been successfully delivering Modernization, DevSecOps, Cloud, and Analytics digital services to federal agencies for 25+ years. The client is seeking a talented ETL developer, who is hands on in development using IBM DataStage. This is 6 months contract to hire. $60-80/hr DOE.

Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the business stakeholders, developers, analysts, and testers to analyze and understand the data requirements, design, and develop solutions • Design, implement, and test ETL solutions using IBM DataStage • Maintain existing ETL solutions • Develop and maintain requirement, design, and implementation documentation • Collaborate with infrastructure teams to maintain environments and deployments • Document Change Requests (CRs) to be submitted to the infrastructure teams for deployment • Follow Agile (Scrum preferred) methodology to manage development Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: • 7+ years of experience working in IT • 4+ years delivering ETL, data warehouse and data analytics capabilities using industry leading tools • 4+ years working with IBM DataStage • Experience working with complex data sets to develop and integrate disparate systems using ETL • Extensive knowledge of SQL, warehousing concepts, practices, and architecture techniques • Experience with data migration/integration efforts • Familiarity with different DBMS such as Oracle, Sybase, Netezza, MS SQL Server, etc • Proven ability to write and test efficient, maintainable, well documented code • AWS experience preferred Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis now and in the future.Vacancy expired!
