RESPONSIBILITIES:A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Senior UX Researcher in Arlington, Virginia (VA).
Responsibilities include: Will be a deep partner to user experience designers, product managers and business strategists, and knows how to turn untested ideas into testable hypotheses, given the time and resources available to the team on a given project Manages customer conversation scheduling by coordinating with a sales team and customer account managers Analyzes recordings of many customer conversations, and can synthesize them into relevant and actionable insights for their product and design peers Captures and presents those insights in whichever way will be most digestible to the project stakeholders with whom they are workingREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree needed; Master's degree preferred Knowledge in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, Cognitive Science, Anthropology, Sociology, and PsychologyThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
