Service Desk 1 Support Technician - Arlington

LinTech Global Inc. is recruiting for a Service Desk 1 Support Technician to support our contract at the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC) in Arlington, VA.

Job Duties
    • Provide telephone, walk-in or office support services in addition to assessment of customer needs, resolution of issues and documentation of steps taken.
    • Duties include; OS support, Account support (password resets, account unlocks, basic account troubleshooting), basic software support, basic hardware diagnostics, software installation, account creation, assist customers with setup and configuration of devices, and document customer requests and steps taken to resolution.
    • You will be required to go to the other locations (4 contracted language schools). It is not every day. The most frequent destination is Fort Belvoir which is about 25 miles from Crystal City where the office is located.

Requirements
    • Educational requirements include an AS/AA Degree in a related discipline from an accredited college or university or the equivalent technical experience.
    • Experience requirements include zero to five years of related experience.
    • Knowledge of macOS, Windows, and iOS
    • Knowledge of Active Directory
    • Exceptional Customer Service skills and a Professional Demeanor.

Clearance: Secret

Certifications: IAT Level II and CE/OS

Federal Requirements: This Federal Contract requires all individuals be US Citizens and Fully COVID-19 Vaccinated at time of employment.
