Our mission on this program will be the design, transition, operations, and continual service improvement to include tech modernization, tech refresh, or Capital Equipment Replacement Program (CERP) activities associated with the clients’ LANs, WAN and UC services.Become a part of our great team and make a difference.What will you do:Tier 3 - Resolves customer incidents and IT problems that could not be fixed by Tiers 1 and 2. Tier 3 personnel do not usually have a primary responsibility to perform break/fix or O&M activities. They will typically serve as subject matter experts or have a deep knowledge in a specific area.Tier 3 responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Using information provided by Tiers 1 and 2 and log additional information as needed

Providing specialist knowledge of the incident or problem that could not be provided at Tiers 1 and Tier 2

Coordinates activities with engineering management and other engineers

Experience:

High School/GED + 9 Yrs, or Associates + 7 Yrs, or Bachelors +5 Yrs, or Masters + 3 Yrs, or PhD +1 Yrs

Clearance Requirement:

Minimum TS (SCI Eligible)
