This candidate will be responsible for the following:- Experience with Video Conferencing Systems (Cisco, Webex, Teams).
- Perform system management, Configuration Management, deep troubleshooting, preventative and corrective maintenance, performance monitoring, and upgrades.
- Produce Microsoft Live Events.
- Experience advising customers on best VTC options for meetings.
- Facilitate Cisco VTC (video) conference integration using Cisco Meeting Server (CMS) and codecs.
- Familiar with enterprise video content management using vBrick, Haivision.
- Produce web meetings using WebEx SaaS in the cloud.
- Installation and test of new VTC hardware and software.
- Three or more years of experience configuring and managing VTC systems.
- Advanced knowledge of standard audio visual tools and practices.
- Strong communication skills (written and oral).
- Professional with willingness to learn.
