Description SAIC has an opportunity for an

IT Systems and service Functional Analyst to join a team of professionals providing support to complex development, maintenance, test, and production development environments. This role supports a State Department customer who has a large portfolio of new and legacy systems managed in a scaled Agile Framework approach. Role allows for a hybrid remote schedule and would report onsite in the Crystal City, Virginia area a few times per week depending on the team schedule and project activities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Serve as a SME in the development of the functional, business, technical and other related program.
  • Responsible for providing support, analysis, and implementation of systems or business processes/change management.
  • Participates in the design and drives the completion of project deliverables, as well as problem-solves with client and experts independently.
  • Advises and leads junior staff in the completion of tasks.
  • Interface with clients and other project stakeholders to lead the delivery of product releases
  • Track the progress of release schedules across the contract and oversee the generation and dissemination of the weekly project status report
  • Manage the activities, user stories, tasks, and deliverables of application releases throughout the Agile
  • Facilitate contract-wide Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective ceremonies
  • Proactively manage and mitigate risks and issues across Scrum team
  • Elicit, analyze, document, help prioritize, and manage requirements from multiple stakeholders
  • Identify process improvements across the project
  • Manage execution of tests for a release
Qualifications Required Education & Experience
  • Bachelors and five (5) years or more experience; Masters and three (3) years or more experience;
  • Experience with online Agile Team collaboration tools
Required Clearance
  • Secret clearance to start work with the ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance.
Target salary range: $125,001 - $150,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
