- Fully sharing with the Chief Human Capital Officer the direction of all phases of the organization's program and work.
- Providing senior leadership with expert strategic advice and subject matter expertise, policy direction, and management advice for the full range of human resources activities.
- Assuming responsibility for effective manpower utilization and administrative management.
- Evaluating operations as they pertain and contribute to the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency's primary mission and programs.
- Performing the full range of supervisory and human resources management functions.
- Providing management with options and recommendations for effective human resources program operations.
