- Serving as a recognized authority in matters relating to the planning, development, and implementation of a comprehensive onboarding program, which are critical to the success of CISA programs and operations in cybersecurity mission support areas.
- Performing long-range planning and analysis of new substantive CISA programs where precedents are scarce or nonexistent, particularly in mission support areas in a federal cybersecurity environment.
- Providing advice and guidance to resolve, implement, or manage program or policy issues that involve major areas of uncertainty in approach or methodology.
- Working with top management to develop long-range management plans for efficient and effective program implementation and administration.
- Monitoring problem areas and overseeing the implementation of solutions to problems in cybersecurity mission support areas.
