- Plan and conduct a variety of authoritative, comprehensive, complex projects and studies
- Plan and perform extensive management surveys to determine compliance with CISA/ISD regulations, procedures, sound management practices, and effective utilization of staff
- Review, advise on, and conduct complex analyses, evaluations, or investigations in support of organizational classified programs, systems, and processes
- Serve as an expert analyst in the assessment and improvement of program effectiveness or the improvement of complex management processes and systems.
- Provide expert analysis and advice on complex program issues
- Present findings and recommendations on complex issues or problems impacting major programs.
