Zachary Piper Solutions is currently seeking a Ruby on rails Developer in Arlington, Virginia (VA). The Ruby on rails developer will be supporting one of our top Federal Integrators working as a unique enterprise employee in this role. The skillset for this opportunity includes supporting technical analysis within experience i n human-centered design, agile, DevOps, public cloud, AI, Analytics, mobile and web application.
Responsibilities of the Ruby on rails Developer:• The individual in this role will be working with product owners to interpret feature requests as well as develop software in iterative designing, building, and testing cycles using an Agile development process for a responsive web. • The individual in this role will be drawing on components from the project's open-source framework, using JavaScript, React.JS, and Ruby on Rails to help design, build and finally test software components for citizens and employees. • The individual in this role will be expected to regularly check into our continuous integration pipeline based on Jenkins to slowly build our overall system as well as get immediate feedback on build performance. • The individual in this role will be expected to develop and expand unit and integration tests that automatically run by the build pipeline for developer feedback using JUnit and other tools like Cucumber and Selenium. Qualifications of the Ruby on rails Developer: • This position requires a Bachelors Degree. • The individual must have 6+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails. • The individual must have 5+ years working in a Ruby on Rails JavaScript environment. • The individual must have 5+ years of work experience with HTML. • The individual in this role must be eligible to obtain and hold a security clearance. Compensation for the Rubs on rails Developer:- Salary Range: $110,00 - $140,000 (Depending upon experience)
