The Squires Group has a contract opportunity for a

Salesforce Technical Lead to work

REMOTE on a Federal project based in Washington, DC. In this role, you lead a team of 6 developers, and be responsible for reviewing code, helping grow the skill sets of the younger developers, assisting in writing code, helping to size stories, helping to design implementations for stories, etc.

Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be

U.S. Citizens eligible to obtain a Secret Clearance. (Preference is given to those with an existing Interim or Active Secret Clearance.)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 14 years of professional experience
  • 4+ years of experience with the following:
    • Salesforce Development
    • Apex
    • JavaScript
  • 1+ years of experience with Aura Components
  • 6 months of experience with Lightning Web Components
  • Experience leading a team of remote employees
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens eligible to obtain a Secret Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Interim or Active Secret Clearance
  • Salesforce Developer Certifications
