Overview
The Squires Group, Inc. has a contract opportunity for a Mid-Level User Experience Designer to join a team building the next generation of customer engagement systems. This Federal project is located in Rosslyn, VA (although work will be REMOTE until COVID restrictions are lifted, we are seeking local candidates only.) As a User Experience Designer, you will apply Human Centered Design principles to the creation of Web and Digital experiences for government clients. Per our Federal Government contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens, eligible to pass the client's background requirements. Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related fields
- 3+ years of experience delivering interface design solutions for various clients
- 3+ years of experience using Adobe Creative Suite, with an emphasis on XD, Sketch, InVision, Axure, Abstract, and Mural
- Experience with usability, accessibility, & 508 compliance standards
- Per our Federal Government contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens, eligible to pass the client's background requirements
- Familiarity with Agile Methodologies
- Understanding of design systems with experience in application UI design
- Understanding of various technology platforms - Salesforce, ServiceNow, PEGA, etc. - that support user experiences
