Duration: 12 Months Contract

Location: Ashburn, VA/Irving, Texas (Any location in the US; once restrictions are lifted you are expected to be in office (location preference would be Ashburn, VA Richardson/Irving, TX. San Jose, CA)

Role: Product Security/DevSecOps Engineer

Primary Skills: Development Security Skills

Role Description: The

Product Security/DevSecOps Engineer must have at least 10+ years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Responsible for enterprise and consumer products from development perspective- Development of any product various components cloud, in-house data center, etc.

Skills: - Looking for development security skills at the same time where the security is (understand mobile, cloud security)- Focus on the development side instead of the operational side- Web app security, API security, cloud security

Critical Skills: - Mostly looking for AWS- Lot of code review- Bachelors of Science; preferably in technical field- 10 years in security field This is a Must Have- Hands on Kubernetes experience- Docker experience

Day to Day Responsibilities: - Security reviews and architecture reviews.- Cloud security and APIs. No vulnerability management no running scans; no looking at logs- AWS is the focus area.- Programming language: range of products; wont be doing the coding; more reviewing the code and understanding it to do the security review.- C, C, Java, Scala, Object Languages.- Must understand Kubernetes to make sure the container security is taken care of.- Need to know the basic knowledge in cryptography.- Working with a lot of cloud-based projects understand all the design of this; do code review to find the right tools- How you can change the code to meet the design you want? - Understand basic Linux commands

Education: Associates/Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent.

Experience: Minimum 10+ years

Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses

Travel: No

Local Preferred: Yes

Note: Must be able to work on a W2 basis
