Sales Executive will identify new business opportunities, own the sales strategy and account planning for these opportunities, and bring them to closure. The ideal candidate will have experience selling into Commercial Mid-Market, Non-Profits, NGOs, and Associations and should have demonstrated success in leading economic value discussions with senior executives to drive key decisions.

Microsoft solutions, and customer priorities, to develop and deliver compelling value propositions. They should possess the ability to impact and influence the customer with a high degree of autonomy, energy, enthusiasm, and manage expectations throughout the sales cycle and closing process.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales Execution
  • Engages with customers aligned to their industry to introduce how adopting and customizing Microsoft cloud solutions could enable digital transformation to turn opportunities into deals.
  • Drives incremental revenue growth through personal campaigns or internal sources
  • Collaborates with pre-sales technical teams, partners, or marketing to track and qualify new opportunities and builds and tracks pipeline
  • Implements strategies to accelerate the closing of deals and contributes input on strategies to drive and close prioritized opportunities.

Technical Expertise
  • A subject matter sales expert in Microsoft cloud solutions.
  • Proactively provides analysis of the competitive landscape in supported solution area.
  • Evaluate opportunities and makes recommendations on pursuit or withdrawal.

Sales Excellence
  • Embody our culture and values
  • Manages the end-to-end business of the assigned territory. Conducts forecasting for accounts and develops a portfolio and territory plan to drive intentional selling aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Collaborates with partners and resources and leverages customer insights or industry knowledge.

QUALIFICATIONS: Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience

OR
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 4+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience.

OR
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or related field AND 6+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience

OR
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration (i.e., MBA), Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience.
  • 4+ years of solution or services sales experience.
  • Proven experience selling into Commercial Mid-Market and demonstrated success in leading economic value discussions with senior executives to drive key decisions.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Cloud and the value/cost drivers that it can drive.
  • Master communicator with superb ability to translate technical solutions into business outcome-driven sales tools.
  • Skilled at privatization, creating order, and marshaling resources towards achieving a common goal.
  • Confidence under pressure especially within tight timelines.
  • Experienced in solution selling methodology.
