We are an organic food manufacturer located in Floyd Va. We manufacture products for retail (on the web at bluemountainorganics.com), to wholesale accounts across the country and to a growing list of commercial customers.
We ship approximately 20,000 items a month to a rapidly growing customer base so it is a fast paced customer service-driven environment.
Our mission is to produce pure, nutritious food, to educate consumers about the benefits of healthy eating and to help our community in their search for wellness and healthy life.
We are seeking to add several new members to our management team to:
1) Lead a team in high-quality food production including Quality and Food Safety, Training and Organization
2) Support and lead our customer service and business development functions,
3) Provide operations support functions including facilities and production equipment management.
These positions are key management positions to help us manage our growth.
We want to find people who have a passion for what we do and are organized, entrepreneurial, flexible, creative and self-motivated.

Education and experience could be from multiple functions such as food and nutrition, business management, operations, Quality Control, wellness, to food, retail, and consumer products marketing.
It is likely that candidates will have reached at least a Bachelor level or have had significant and relevant on-job experience
