DESCRIPTION
Romp n' Roll is Blacksburg's leading play-based educational program for children and their parents. Romp n' Roll offers a wide variety of fun and educational gym, art, and music classes to children three months through five years old. Additionally, Romp n' Roll offers birthday parties and special programs such as Kids' Night Out and Mom's Morning Out at our centers.
OVERVIEW
As a Birthday Bash Host/Instructor, you will lead high-energy birthday parties for children ages 1 through 5 years. Additionally, our instructors greet visitors, assist customers, and build relationships with our members. We offer competitive pay and an extensive training program- within a fun and fulfilling work environment!
HOURS & AVAILABILITY
Approximately 8-12 hours per week. Seeking candidates available to work Saturdays and Sundays
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum experience:
ÃÂ 1+ years with children ages 0-5 years
ÃÂ Customer service experience preferred
REQUIREMENTS
As a Romp n' Roll Team Member, you will be required to:
ÃÂ Teach Romp n' Roll classes, while demonstrating a passion for educating children.
ÃÂ Demonstrate confidence, an outgoing personality, a positive attitude, and boundless energy.
ÃÂ Be artistic & creative.
ÃÂ Relate to children and adults in a parent/child setting.
ÃÂ Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow.
ÃÂ Be willing to exceed client expectations.
ÃÂ Excel in a team environment, yet work independently when necessary.
ÃÂ Be highly organized and able to prioritize.
ÃÂ Represent Romp n' Roll in a positive manner at all times.
ÃÂ Have regular access to reliable transportation.
ÃÂ Lift a minimum of 25 pounds.
ÃÂ Stand while performing job responsibilities for 4 hours or more.
