Our award-winning staff is seeking a front desk agent to join our team. We are looking for individuals with customer service backgrounds who are used to helping multiple guests at a time. As a front desk agent, you will assist with all guest needs including; making/editing reservations, answering questions about the hotel and the area, checking in and checking out guests, and ensuring each guest has a positive experience.
We are looking for open availability to work the morning and afternoon shifts (7a-3p and 3p-11p). Our ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and be able to act quickly under pressure and stress.
