The Tie Dyed Pig is looking for experienced prep cooks, short-order cooks and a kitchen manager. We do not need chefs or wanna-be chefs. Looking for people who can read and execute orders properly and timely, who can follow verbal and written instructions, who can communicate and work well with others. If you can cook well, can show up on time, have good personal hygiene, can keep your drugs and drama at home and can help us give our guests a top-notch eating experience, you will be rewarded with weekly pay checks and occasional bonuses. We are open to working with inexperienced applicants if they have the aptitude and willingness to learn.
The Tie Dyed Pig serves lunch and supper. We smoke our own pork and beef and cook many of our side dishes from scratch. We are open Wed-Sunday but sometimes need assistance on closed days for cleaning and organizing. ServSafe certification is a plus but not required. We are looking for PT and FT team members. We understand some applicants may have a sketchy past - we are open and understanding; however, we will not put up with current bad habits of lying, stealing, cheating or drugs that interfere with your time at work. Be able to work with your cell phone and Apple watches off.
The Manager's position includes above but also assists us in scheduling, training, inventory control and menu planning, etc. No calls.
