Our Construction Company is seeking to hire a full time (AND LONG TERM) excavator operator for projects in Roanoke, Franklin, Botetourt, and Craig counties.
Types of projects the operator will be working on: water line, sewer line, storm drain, grading for VDOT roadway/highway/curb and gutter projects, VDOT Box Culverts and bridges, VDOT culvert pipe replacement projects, and VDOT Slope Stabilization projects (Rip-Rap in wash outs and mud slides) . Must have a minimum of two years experience on these types of projects.
Work will be full time, anywhere from 38-56 hours per week (weather dependent). Must have a valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and drug free (must take pre-employment drug screen).

Considered a plus if canidates can efficently run a dozer and motorgrader, or have CDL licence.
We want the individual that we hire to stay with us long-term, and take care of our equipment. Our company primarily uses late-model CAT machinery.
