The Office Executive Assistant will be responsible for the following:
-Manage Accounts Receivable & Payable, Credit Accounts
-Produce Accounting Reports
-Amortization Schedules with Balances for Notes Receivable
-Computer Files with back-ups
-Payroll & Reporting
-Bank Box Records & Audits
-Insurances
-Office Management, Project/Task Administration
-Reports, Projections, & Events Accounting
-Land Transactions-with cost accounting, reporting to partners
-Taxes-organize liability and payment
-Advertising-organize, run ads, maintain media accounts
-Receive calls from clients & contractors, make callbacks
-Greater Efficiency in Business Activities
-Profit-Center
-Assist in Sales
-Attend Meetings; Privacy of Supreme Importance
-Additional Duties as Necessary
