Assistant Property Manager
Radford, VA
Seeking Assistant Property Manager for local apartment community to assist in managing student
housing property. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Processing all financial transactions
Coding invoices
Assist in leasing apartments, move-out and move-in turnovers
Maintenance of files
Create and follow up of maintenance work orders
Scheduling of Community Assistants
Must be well organized, energetic, motivated and detail oriented. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and excellent customer service.
Requires knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and,Outlook)
Knowledge of property management software preferred
2+ years experience preferred
