This is a full-time position at a Blacksburg Apartment Community. Preferred working knowledge of all aspects of maintenance, repair and service; the ability to troubleshoot problems and take appropriate action; performing routine, preventative and emergency maintenance of all kinds as well as preparing vacant apartments for move in. Accurate record keeping skills are essential. General maintenance experience including plumbing, electrical, painting and appliances preferred. Individual must have superior customer service skills and a great attention to detail.
Rotating on-call responsibility for after hour emergencies required. Valid drivers license required. Competitive salary and benefits are offered. EOE
