Full time position . Experience in apartment maintenance, plumbing, electrical, organization; The ability to troubleshoot problems and take appropriate action; performing routine, preventative and emergency maintenance of all kinds as well as preparing vacant apartments for move in. Prior apartment maintenance experience including customer service skills and a great attention to detail needed.
Some flexible hours and some weekends. Rotating on-call responsibility for after hour emergencies required. Valid driver’s license required. Competitive salary and benefits are offered. EOE
