Responsibilities

Perspecta is looking for a RF Engineer to provide SETA support for customer development applications.

Job responsibilities vary daily but will include:
  • Articulate and make decisions around link analysis budgets and RF equipment characteristics
  • Conduct spectrum surveys and use related tools to dissect spectrums for operational selection
  • Review and contribute to signal processing baseline documents RFCs
  • Attending and contribute to Stakeholder Requirement Reviews (SRRs), Design Reviews, technical notes from TEMs and other exchanges (meeting minutes, teleconferences with stakeholders)
  • Attend and contribute to the regular community-wide working groups, issues TEMs, and other meetings
  • User of various tools required in support of scheduling RF tests and test execution
  • Contributor and review of new capability and ConOp development
  • Support testing reviews and facilitation of test events (boots on the ground planning)

Qualifications

Requires10 to 12 years with BS/BA or 8 to 10 years with MS/MA or 5 to 7 years with PhD.

Prefered Ability to review and provide feedback on development of new software-based capabilities/featuresElectrical Engineering degree or similar
