CACI is seeking a Technical Director with experience to manage and improve our ITIL Service Management Framework. This individual functions as the Program's senior technical lead and is responsible for creating a cohesive strategy with clear alignment to positive outcomes for the organization. The scope includes both ITIL IT Service Management (ITSM) processes in place today and those we need to implement. As a Technical Director, you will be a key contributor in executing the strategic approach specializing in process development, performance improvement, management efficiency, and organizational modeling.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Recommends and implements technical visions as well as develops metrics to measure levels of success
  • Aligns roles and responsibilities for complex, highly integrated work streams across multiple teams
  • Identifies process dependencies, address bottlenecks, and recommends new approaches to deliver IT services
  • Analyzes IT delivery processes, between teams and to the Customer, to determine gaps and identifies solutions to close them to yield consistent, high-quality results
  • Creatively develops new ideas, concepts and solutions to improve the delivery of IT services to the Customer
  • Communicates and engages across multiple constituencies in a way that influences service outcomes and steers toward change objectives
  • Listens and encourages various points of view, whether in agreement or not, to create commitment and velocity through alignment

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to obtain a TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Statistics, Business, Management or related field
  • Minimum of ten (10) years work experience in ITSM
  • Demonstrated ability to continuously improve services and procedures
  • ITIL V3/V4 Expert Certification

Desired Qualifications:

  • ITIL Master/Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
