You must be goal oriented and self-starter. Aggressive and Target oriented with ability to work in high pressure environment, multi-tasking, and self-motivated. Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients and business development in the requirements discovery process to understand client challenges, objectives, and business drivers.
- Collaborate with clients, delivery teams, and business development teams to develop and propose solutions that enable clients to meet their operational objectives.
- Provide technical expertise (in depth knowledge of insurance coverage and products).
- Prepare proposals and summaries of insurance, as needed.
- Ensure client satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Experience in Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance Agency along with comprehensive understanding of all Property & Casualty insurance coverage, underwriting and rating concepts.
- Excellent presentation skills and experience presenting proposals to clients.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Must be independent and a self-starter and have high risk-taking capabilities.
- Must be comfortable with web based programs as well as advanced knowledge of Microsoft office products.
- Familiar with most of the Agency Management Systems (AMS) like AMS360, Sagitta, Image Right, Applied EPIC etc. preferred.
- Ability to carry out complex tasks with many concrete and abstract variables.
