Description SAIC has an opening for a digital multimedia artist to work with a dedicated, high performance team. We are looking for an exceptional individual who is enthusiastic about what they do and excited to come in every day to learn and contribute to our team in supporting our customer's missions. The ideal candidate has professional experience in digital composite imaging and a technical and practical understanding of forensic anatomy and photography, and someone who is detail oriented and demonstrates solid time management skills and maturity. The Artist should be able to work in a non-routine setting and able to handle constructive criticism of work from day-to-day peer reviews as needed and be part of providing feedback to team members. The candidate must be able to work independently on a product effort and contribute as a team member in support of others. Qualifications
  • Must currently hold a TS/SCI & Poly
  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree
  • Must have at least 9 years of experience with Adobe CC suite products
  • A high-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to create high-quality photo-realistic images which will be reviewed prior to an interview
  • Forensic anatomy training or equivalent experience
  • General knowledge of digital media forensics
  • General knowledge of 3D design and animation
  • Ability to participate in meetings with colleagues to exchange information, partake in decisions and critiques, and provide updates
  • Willingness to work occasional long days and weekends during peak-project times
  • Willing to create a composite from images we provide as an evaluation
  • Although not required, we would like candidates to have a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or a related field
