Job DescriptionThe Senior Quality Engineer will provide experienced quality assurance support to the product development team, resolving bugs, defects, and other issues and ensuring the product meets customer specifications.Supervisory Responsibilities:May assist with hiring quality engineers.Mentors and trains junior quality engineers on policies and procedures.May assist with performance evaluations.Duties/Responsibilities:Reviews design plans, process procedures, test procedures, and quality manuals to understand the scope, requirements, and function of the problem.Ensures that products meet the organizations and customers quality and product integrity requirements.Supports the product development or operations team by providing analysis and expertise throughout the inspection process.Identifies root causes of problems in the production process; recommends and/or implements corrective measures.Analyzes data to identify trends in product quality or defects with a goal of mitigating and preventing recurrence and future defects.Ensures manufacturing processes comply with federal, state, local, and industry standards and regulations.Performs other duties as assigned.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,300Maximum: 126,600Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
