Overview

Our direct and largest client is building several teams to support a Federal Project onsite in

Arlington, VA, and has an opening for a

SharePoint Developer. In this role, you will use Agile methodologies to design, develop, enhance, debug, and implement software. Bring your passion for technology to this project that protects the nation's transportation systems to ensure safe travel domestically and abroad.

Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be

U.S. Citizens, able to meet the client's background requirements.

Responsibilities

  • T oubleshoot production problems related to software applications
  • Research, test, build, and coordinate the conversion and/or integration of new products based on client requirements
  • Design and develop new software products or major enhancements to existing software
  • Address problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms
  • Consult with project teams and end-users to identify application requirements
  • Perform feasibility analysis on potential future projects to management
  • Assist in the evaluation and recommendation of application software packages, application integration and testing tools
  • Resolve problems with software and respond to suggestions for improvements and enhancements
  • Instruct, assign, direct, an r d check the work of others on the development team
  • Participate in development of software user manuals and technical reports

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of experience with Agile ALM Tools
  • 3+ years of experience with SharePoint Administration
  • 1+ years of experience with Drupal
  • Hands-on experience as a SharePoint Developer (2016, 2013, 2010)
  • Knowledge of SharePoint in general, maintaining large lists, libraries, SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, and SSRS Report Designer
  • Knowledge of jQuery and/or other JavaScript frameworks
  • Any programming background such as C#, ASP.NET will be preferred
  • Has worked in an agile project management environment
  • Excellent communication skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment
