- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
- Minimum of Seven (7) years of experience in JAVA/J2EE applications development
- Solution, Design, and Development of applications and Web Services using J2EE framework, Spring Boot, and RESTful services;
- Developing applications using spring boot and spring technology stack;
- Developing and building RESTful APIs;
- Database technologies in Oracle/SQL Server databases or any other No SQL DBs,
- Working with UA/Testing team to triage/manage defects, identify issues, and recommend solutions/fixes to development team;
- Code delivery pipelines and Deployment tools using Gitlab/Jenkins;
- Conducting in-depth review and assessment of remediation efforts and complex technical solutions;
- Using XML, JAXB and XML persistence using ZQuery and XSLT,
- Creating back-end frameworks; and, Utilizing Modern Delivery.
- Strong acumen to learn the business functions and features that need to be delivered.
- Back-end experience to develop Data Layer using frameworks like Hibernate and JPA
- Help Design and Implement Solutions: Analyze and convert high-level internal and external business requirements into technical J2EE solutions within the Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) and Java-based J2EE Enterprise Framework,
- Support, design and develop internal and public access Web Applications and system exchange interfaces between internal applications and with external partner agencies
- Provide analysis on deriving business logic and lower-level algorithms to transform and route data between systems utilizing several protocols, and,
- Maintain metadata repository for system-to-system connector interfaces and data mapping for internal and external systems.
- Application Design, to include: Framework architecture to create specifications for a framework that contains interacting plug and play components, including custom code, open-source code, and commercial code,
- New Development in Cloud Native application architecture, and Internal and external exchanges to design the interfaces for the current legacy systems, external and internal systems across multiple messaging schemas using several protocols.
- Develop Applications: Develop software solutions by conferring with users, studying systems flow, data usage, information needs, and work processes,
- Investigating problem areas, and, Following the software development lifecycle.
