Qualifications Requires BA/BS with 10 years of experience with at least 4 years of management level responsibility. Incumbent has specialized knowledge in at least one area of expertise and a general knowledge in 1-2 other areas.

Responsibilities Oversees the design, development, testing, and certification of capabilities and solutions for End User Services such as computer devices, mobile devices, communication, collaboration and productivity tools, and network connectivity (remote and network access).

Responsible for the design, development, testing, and certification of capabilities and solutions for the End User Services Portfolio. Provides the product management, engineering, technical knowledge, and support services required to plan, design, secure, test, and deploy systems and tooling. Develops and maintains roadmaps for each Service, and provides EOL/EOS Technology Refresh evaluation and support. Monitors demand, availability, and capacity for Services, Systems, Sub-Systems, and Components; develops and executes plans to maintain performance within acceptable thresholds.

Functional Relationships: Collaborates with other service managers and functional leaders (ie engineering, operations, service desk) to enable seamless process execution across multiple contractors and service providers. Authority: Directly accountable to the Technical Management (Services) Lead with authority to acquire and allocate engineering resources to manage End User Services portfolio across their lifecycle.
