PROGRAM SUMMARY:

Leidos was recently awarded the GxNEXT (Follow on to GEOAxIS) contract to provide online, on-demand access to GEOINT content, services, expertise, and support, based upon the user's known/trusted identity and authoritative attributes/roles. Provides Identity Credential and Access Management (ICAM) services for the customer's enterprise, as well others in within the DoD organization. Also provided are five main cyber-relevant services: Authentication (AuthN); Authorization (AuthZ); Digital Policy Management (DPM); Entitlement Management (EM); and Authoritative Attributes (AuthA). Supports the enterprise's entire ICAM lifecycle, including the maintenance and sustainment of the current operational environments, agile development of new capabilities/ enhancements, integration support, and consumer integration and experience efforts promoting the adoption of ICAM services.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Leidos is seeking qualified candidates for Systems Engineers to provide technical expertise in support of a mission critical enterprise system. Successful candidates will provide infrastructure and deployment support to the Operations Deployment Infrastructure Support (ODIS) team. An ACTIVE TS/SCI level clearance is REQUIRED and willingness to obtain a Polygraph level clearance is necessary.

  • Configure new environments with the baseline products and services required for that instance
  • Update and maintain baseline scripts and installers
  • Install software and configuration updates to test and production environments hosted in
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) and data centers
  • Provide technical feedback to development team for installation and upgrade procedures
  • Assist in troubleshooting issues in operational and test environments

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
  • Must possess an active TS/SCI security clearance and willingness to obtain a Polygraph level clearance is required
  • Must demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience with automated deployment tools (such as Ansible, Chef, other) and associated scripts or manual instruction-based software installation / deployment
  • Experience updating automated deployment scripts or manual deployment instructions for software baseline
  • Experience with Linux OS, including scripting in a Linux environment using Shell and Bash
  • Understanding of compute, relational database management systems, storage, networking, transport, load balancing, and security constructs as they relate to on-premise and cloud infrastructures
  • Knowledge of high availability architectures

EDUCATION:
  • Requires BS and 2-4 years of prior relevant experience or additional years of experience in lieu of degree.

HOW TO STAND OUT:

Candidate with the following experience will be given preferential consideration:
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Security Protocols/Concepts (SSL/TLS, PKI etc.)
  • Familiarity with proxy servers
  • Familiarity with proxy servers, Oracle Weblogic, LDAPs, Ansible, Broadcom API Gateway
  • Familiarity with Oracle ICAM products (OAM, OIF, OVD, OUD, OES)
  • Knowledge of ICAM concepts (i.e. PKI authentication)
  • Familiarity with virtual IP addresses, load balancing, data replication
  • Experience with database querying
  • Understanding of software configuration management and associated products such as Jenkins, BitBucket, gitlab
  • Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) and Free and Open Source Software product integration experience
  • Familiarity with Atlassian Suite (JIRA, BitBucket, Confluence)
