Job Title: NSA II Clearance: TS/SCI CI Poly Provides installation, maintenance and troubleshooting support of information systems applications and related peripheral hardware. Unix and Windows Hardware support Screens, refers and diagnoses internal inquiries and work requests as they relate to maintenance of personal computers and related systems. Installs, configures, and upgrades computer hardware and software. Provides end-user software troubleshooting and support. Coordinates development of deliverables and products.
