SummaryThe primary purpose of this position is to maintain the regulatory requirements of the IT Asset Management program and to develop roadmaps to enable automation between systems. The incumbent will be involved in various activities pertaining to asset audits, developing the framework for automation, data verification/validation, maintaining P&P documentation, and process integration activities.

Manage Its asset portfolio with respect to risk, governance, compliance, and performance objectives. Drive the development of asset management policies. Create and support the integration of new procedures across the organization. Act as an advocate for asset management, able to promote best practices, explain benefits, and maintain accountability Investigate and resolve discrepancies to maintain integrity of asset data; manage preparation and distribution of pre-defined and ad-hoc reports. Conduct monthly and quarterly asset review meetings with Asset Owners and Sr. Leadership. Provide support for organization s asset management applications and recommend software that has the potential to be harvested or replaced with lower cost alternatives. Develop automation strategies designed to enhancing lifecycle management, reporting and transparency of hardware and software assets Create detailed road maps to guide developers from conception to final implementation Collaborate with all IT groups, Security and Procurement end-users regarding the use of the asset management system in maintaining their assets Assist with maintaining compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances by abiding by compliance program and all policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.

This role is responsible for ensuring business continuity.

Education and ExperienceEquivalent combination of education and experience is considered. In lieu of a degree, combination of education and a minimum of ten (5) years of related work experience is required that provides the necessary skills and knowledge to perform all the essential job functions Strong written and verbal communication skills - ability to communicate effectively with all levels of audience Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with team members Effective time management, independent problem solving and multi-tasking skills

Licenses and CertificationsPossession of an IAITAM Certification, such as CHAMP, CSAM, and CITAM is a plus, but not required.
