Description SAIC, a leading provider of systems development and deployment, targeting and intelligence analysis, systems engineering and integration, and training capabilities and solutions for the Intelligence Community (IC) is seeking creative and dedicated professionals to fulfill their career goals and objectives, while delivering mission excellence on programs of national importance.

SAIC's National Intelligence Community (NIC) Business Unit, USG Mission and Information Technology Division is seeking an IT Program Manager (IT PM) who has successfully guided, executed, and delivered complex, deadline-driven projects on time and within budget parameter. The manager will employ Lean Agile methodology, including scrums, sprints, and grooming sessions, to develop and implement long-term strategic objectives to satisfy end user requirements. The IT PM will coordinate all program management activities and collaborate with testing, security, and operations teams to deploy system components with the target environment. Qualifications Qualifications:
  • Required:
    • Active TS/SCI with polygraph
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, and/or Computer Science
    • Five (5) years or more of demonstrated experience in one or more of the following program/project management activities:
      • Leading an agile developments team to include generating sprint plans
      • Implementing technical project management with full lifecycle software development
      • Meeting schedule and delivery commitments within budget.
      • Building and maintaining constructive relationships among customers, stakeholders, technical teams, contractors and senior level staff.
      • Using Jira for managing backlogs, portfolios, products and sprints.
      • Monitoring the progress of multiple concurrent and highly visible projects and requirements and recommending or taking corrective action if needed
      • Tailoring complex technical ideas and concepts to be communicated to a range of audiences in briefing and reports.
  • Desired:
    • Using ErDoS for managing top line charts, sprint burn-up charts, and sprint goals
    • Implementing Lean Agile methodology
    • Working within various cloud environments such as AWS or Azure
