Full Stack Developer, LeadThe Challenge:

Are you looking for an opportunity to not just develop software, but to build a system that will have a positive impact in the intelligence community (IC)? As a full-stack developer, you can solve a problem with a complete end-to-end solution in a fast-paced, agile environment. We're looking for a developer with the advanced skills needed to build a new Web application designed in the Cloud from vision to production-ready system.

This role is more than just coding. We need a full-stack developer who will use their passion to learn new tools and techniques, identify and implement system improvements, and mentor teammates. Using open-source DevOps tools, you'll build a Web application. You'll analyze the needs and the environment to make sure the solution you're developing considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements. You Have:
  • 8+ years of experience with Web application development
  • 2+ years of experience with using JavaScript MVC frameworks, including AngularJS, React, or Vue
  • 2+ years of experience with working in the IC
  • Experience in designing, developing, and deploying full-stack Web applications with little-to-no technical oversight
  • Experience with JavaScript libraries, including jQuery and Twitter Bootstrap
  • Experience with designing and developing Web applications using Amazon Web Services (AWS) services
  • Experience with deploying Web applications to Cloud infrastructure
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • BA or BS degree

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with server-side JavaScript frameworks, including Node.js
  • Experience with AWS services, including AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB
  • Experience with ingesting and manipulating data in JSON format
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possession of excellent facilitation skills, including coordinating diverse stakeholder groups and achieving group consensus

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
