Kincannon & Reed, a global executive recruitment firm, is seeking an Accounting Support Specialist to provide financial and administrative assistance in its Waynesboro, VA headquarters. Responsibilities include bookkeeping; account reconciliation; payment of commissions; payroll processing; and assistance with various financial reports. Minimum Qualifications:
Applicants should have a comprehensive working knowledge of bookkeeping, general accounting practices, as well as administrative support experience. The Accounting Support Specialist must be detail oriented; able to multi-task; exhibit sound judgment in making decisions; maintain confidentiality on sensitive matters and communicate effectively, verbally and in writing. An ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a virtual environment is essential. Successful applicants will have demonstrated skills using Quickbooks and the full Microsoft Office 365 suite. A degree with emphasis in accounting is preferred.
