Local company needs accounting/admin support. Duties include:
1. Billing Customers (involves some calculations)
2. Collecting ACH Payments
3. Entering Expenses
4. Depositing checks
There is some admin support (answering phones/office management), but the phone does not ring frequently and the office is not that big. A good, entry level office accounting position.
Designed as Full-Time, but Part-Time will be considered as long as the work gets done.
Skills: Need a quick learner as skills can be taught. Job will entail working with QuickBooks and Excel, but prior experience is not a requirement.
