We are looking for a bright, hardworking individual able to provide excellent customer service. In addition to performing typical duties and responsibilities of a pharmacy technician, our technicians are expected to go the extra mile to care for our patients "like family." We are looking for a dedicated employee who wants to be a part of our pharmacy team long term.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform duties of a pharmacy technician in a time efficient and caring manner.

Perform data entry, bill insurance, troubleshoot & problem solve, fill prescriptions, and help maintain pharmacy records & paperwork,

Understand and follow national and state laws and regulations.

Read and follow company policies and procedures.

Assist with maintaining the store by keeping it clean and in order.

Assist in inventory management processes including: ordering, returns, restocking shelves, checking for expired returns, and physical inventory preparation.

Ring up customers, assist customers to find products on sales floor, and provide deliveries as needed.

Ready, willing, and able to learn new skills such as compounding, adherence packaging, medication sync, etc.

Any and all tasks, duties, and responsibilities requested by pharmacist or management.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Capable of providing "Top Notch" customer service, the highest level of customer care.

Minimum age of 18 years old.

Ability to pass drug test.

Ability to work during our business hours and limited times before and after for staff meetings, change of hours, deliveries, etc.

Accuracy and constant attention to detail.

Willingness to learn new things and grow skills as a technician over your career.

Ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks/projects.

Ability to communicate with co-workers, management, physician offices, and patients in a professional way.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND/OR REGISTRATIONS

Pharmacy Technician certification is preferred, but exceptions may be made for applicants new to the field who show great work ethic and potential.

High school diploma.
