Our clinic is growing and we are looking for a new team member to join us!
We are looking for an individual who likes to interact with people and has great customer service skills. Key components to the job are handling multiple phone lines, maintaining detailed messages and communications, strong computer skills, comfort around people and animals and ability to relay information quickly and confidently to staff and clients. Also responsible for maintaining a clean and inviting lobby for our clients.
The individual who will find success and growth in this role will possess qualities such as:

The ability to work individually while prioritizing tasks they are provided
Familiarity with medical or veterinary terminology is helpful but not required. Past reception or customer service skills highly preferred; veterinary clinic experience not required.
Position is for Part Time work with flexibility to work 2-3 days a week for approximately 20 hours per week.
