Clayborne Education, LLC, is a locally owned and operated educational consulting firm specializing in one-to-one tutoring. Claybornes mission is to bring parents peace of mind and students a better future. SAT and ACT tutors further our mission by helping students overcome what for many of them is a daunting, stress-inducing hurdle in their journey toward graduate school and their eventual vocations.
Responsibilities
Learn and apply Claybornes set of approaches to the ACT and SAT tests.
Work one-on-one with ACT and SAT students, in person and/or online.
Maintain a regular availability schedule.
Respond promptly to communication from students and Clayborne admin staff.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree ( required)
SAT/ACT percentile score of 90th% or greater (required; practice test acceptable but official test preferred)
Ability to build rapport with students
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Prior tutoring/teaching experience preferred
Prior test prep coaching experience may qualify candidate for pay rate at the high end of the provided range.
