Entry level to Intermediate Architect
Join the Powe Studio Architects Charlottesville Team.
Ideal entry level to intermediate architect candidates should have the following qualifications:
Professional Architecture Degree (preferred)
Passion for detailing complex buildings
Some technical experience producing construction documents
Skilled proficiency in working in Revit
Familiarity with Virginia Building Code (or IBC)
Design and rendering skills to work in on concepts with Principal a plus (we use Revit and Lumion)
Experience detailing historic rehabilitation and adaptive reuse a plus
Sustainability sensitivity: LEED or PassivHaus accreditation a plus
