The Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy seeks applications for a Salesforce Application Manager. The manager works closely with functional leaders, institutional units, and subject matter experts in documenting school requirements, training materials and conducting user acceptance testing across our IT development, software integration and configuration projects. They act as a liaison between business and technology, creative problem solving, impeccable communication and attention to detail are key skills expected in this role. This individual is responsible for administration and configuration of key systems.
Responsibilities include:- Maintenanceand upkeep of the Batten Salesforce instance, to include, but not limited to, profile management, user management, workflows, data imports, new development, and email tools
- Possess or develop working knowledge of modules that interact with our Salesforce instance:
- All native functions (Case Management, Contacts, Opportunities, Communities, Organizations, Knowledge, etc.)
- EDA (Education Data Architecture)
- Advisor Link
- Marketing Cloud
- Admissions
- Conga
- RIVA
- Form Assembly
- Identify and implement process improvements for Staff, Faculty, and Students of Batten, including prospects
- Actively identify and resolve data issues in Salesforce and any integrations
- Respond to and resolve day-to-day support issues
- Develop and support integration of and sharing withnon-Batten schools
- Partner with Salesforce to identify and develop additions to Higher Ed
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering or related discipline with at least 3 years of experience
- 6 or more years of experience will be considered in lieu of a degree

- Ability to analyze customer pain points, propose and implement solutions
- Customer service mindset
- Ability to work with minimal supervision

- Experience with Education Cloud
- Salesforce Certifications: Admin and Education Cloud Consultant
