Job DescriptionOne of Insight Global's clients is looking to hire a Building Engineer to oversee a mixed use real estate portfolio in Charlottesville, VA. This position will be fully onsite, working a 7AM - 3PM Monday-Friday shift. This individual will be the sole engineer covering around 80,000 square feet across three buildings that are a mix of commercial and retail space. They will be responsible for preventative maintenance of mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems, performing small repairs and working closely with equipment vendors to ensure that building operations run smoothly for the tenants.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. 3+ years of experience in facility maintenance (commercial preferred)
Universal CFC
Hands on working experience with HVAC systems including chillers, roof top units
Strong communication skills
Own vehicle to travel to different locations in Charlottesville
Ability to pass a drug test null
