RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce is working with a top info tech firm located in New York, NY and we are in search for a Director of Product. This firm is a leading marketing analytics consulting firm that helps Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 clients improve sales and profit by utilizing sophisticated analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts. The Director of Product is an integral part of R&D Group that builds science and technology applications that feed the analytical engines for the firm! The team is comprised of motivated individuals that do exceptional work. They face challenges together and they win together. You will collaborate with a fun and agile team to architect, implement, test, and continuously deliver new features and products to our company and clients.

Responsibilities: Director of Product will offer subject matter expertise to internal and external clients on analytic solution approach and product features/capabilities Collaborate with business teams to assess business needs and priority and collect use cases Lead Business Analysts to monitor and manage a product tracking system servicing internal and external customers Director of Product will lead QA engineers on testing and script automation Conduct workshop and knowledge sharing sessions to drive solution adoption among internal and external customers Liaise with CET, and other internal teams to identify system requirements Director of Product will review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback Drive and maintain product roadmap Director of Product will monitor and incorporate industry innovations

REQUIREMENTS: Advanced degree in Analytical and Science fields - Operations Research, Statistics, or Economics/Econometrics 6+ years of experience with analytical solutions and or products 2+ years of leadership and team management experience Experience with data visualization and analytical models Experiences in product management, or business analysis in product or development organizations Knowledge of Jira, agile development process, and story mapping Excellent communication to internal and external customers Good knowledge in business analytics and client management Passion for using data to solve complex business questions and drive business solutions Values continuous growth and development, teamwork, and dedicated to their craft Strong attention to detail Knowledgeable in statistical modeling and optimization Proficiency in JIRA Service Desk and JIRA Software Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus Champions Change & Adaptability Proactive problem solver - problems are assessed, and solutions are proposed Drives Accountability & Ownership A Critical Thinker with sound Thought Leadership Works with Respect & Integrity at all times
