Provides hardware/software support of computing systems in the following areas: application development/maintenance operating systems computer operations telecommunications field engineering or systems control.
- Develops installs maintains and modifies stand-alone applications and/or vendor supplied applications
- Completes required documentation (back-up/recovery operations instructions).
- Maintains or develops
- Demonstrates overall responsibility for software installation and maintenance performance and problem resolution.
- Provides expertise and technical direction for software support services
- Supports both internal and external customers
- Analyzes future needs and makes recommendations.
- In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.
Position Compensation Range: $71,988.80 - $115,190.40 AnnualMINIMUM REQUIREMENTSEducation: Bachelor's degreeExperience: 3 years relevant experience.
