  • Experience managing all aspects of the planning, development and implementation of assigned projects as a single point of contact for those efforts.
  • Adept at defining project scope, objectives and success indicators, and managing projects from original concept through final implementation.
  • Ability to develop detailed work plans, schedules, projected estimates, resource plans, and status reports and ensure adherence to quality standards, review of project deliverables, and project tracking and analysis.
  • Assures alignment of technology with operational requirements and maintains operational engagement and oversight throughout project.
  • Develops policies and mandates to support the project and manage risk, based on understanding of organizational strategy and goals.
  • Accountable for adherence to Budget, Schedule and Scope of project.
  • Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and review vendor deliverables.
  • Provides leadership, technical and analytical guidance to project team and recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of the problem.
  • Collects, analyzes and summarizes information and trends as needed to prepare detailed project statcapacity reports.
  • In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.
Position Compensation Range: $56,763.20 - $90,812.80 Annual

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering or related disciplineExperience: At least five years of experience. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degreeLicensure: PMP Preferred and Required within 4 years of hire.Other:

  • Strong understanding and experience of IT system development lifecycle methodologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Thorough understanding of Information technology procedures and practices.
  • Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning.
  • Organization and attention to detail.
Additional Skills
  • IT Domain knowledge in healthcare applications and/or infrastructure experience a plus
  • Resource management software experience a plus
  • Healthcare experience a plus
PHYSICAL DEMANDSThis is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
