Performs hands on and remote troubleshooting of iOS and Android devices. Responsibilities include: Management of enterprise MDM systems, ticket resolution from ITSM system, In Person an remote support of end users throughout UVA Health, and providing training to groups when necessary. Also travels to other UVA/UVA Community Health Medical Centers and clinics on a schedule to provide Mobile Device Service and Support. Takes part in rotating on call schedule including nights and weekends. This is an exciting position with visibility throughout the entire UVA Health enterprise.
